At the kind invitation of Maximilan, who had seen my presentation at the Democracy and AI workshop, I gave an expanded version of my previous presentation to the Stamina group. I expanded the slides a bit, and despite having much more time than at the previous workshop, I ended up rushing through the last part. Still, I am going through many fundamental concepts about what I think are both the perils and promise of generative AI in the context of democracy.
I also take the opportunity to share my haphazard bibliography of AI-critical resources.
